Blue, violet, gold, and silver move across the surface in restless, opposing gestures, each passage pushing forward as another pulls away. The composition feels caught in a state of tension, where movement becomes instinctive and every mark seems to anticipate the next. This work reflects the battles we rehearse within ourselves, the arguments, fears, and defences that take shape before anything has truly happened. Shadow Boxing is about the energy spent confronting what cannot be touched, and the moment we recognize that the opponent before us may be one of our own making.
